Shopping Centre Management

JP Elliott’s Shopping Centre Management Team oversee the efficient day-to-day management of shopping centres, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements including health & safety, employers liability and all aspects of landlord and tenant law.

The team is also responsible for the preparation of budgets and implementation of cost control procedures in the procurement, management and supervision of a wide range of services, together with the liaison with tenants and the local community.

They are also responsible for delivering key strategies and asset management initiatives in order to enhance the value of the asset.
